Drug Search Warrant conducted

Good Afternoon,

The team recently conducted a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act search warrant at a licensed public house on Dartmouth Road, SE23 on Saturday 27th September. This was in response to concerns raised of recent drug supply/use and ASB linked to persons using the premises. 

From the warrant, numerous searches were conducted where Class A and Class B drugs were recovered and persons summonsed to court, there was also one arrest of a male for Possession of an Offensive Weapon in a private place. The location has now been taken under new management and Police will be working closely with the new management to minimise further issues from arising. The team are beginning to target offenders on Dartmouth Road committing significant ASB.
