My name is PC Callum Walford and I’m one of the local officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team responsible for Welwyn East and Sherrard's Ward

As a team, we’re committed to understanding the issues that affect everyone in our community. We recognise that larger areas in Welwyn Hatfield often receive more attention, and we want to ensure that your voice is heard too.

You might be wondering, “What’s the point in completing the survey – nothing ever changes?” But your feedback genuinely helps us shape our priorities and respond more effectively to local concerns.

Our Policing Priority Survey is open to everyone, and right now, I’m focusing on your area to identify the problems that matter most to you as part of our review and setting of the Policing Priorities in the first week of September.

If you have already completed this survey, thank you - the survey is always open, so you can complete it at any time. However, over the next few days/week I will review the specific replies for this area to see what you in the community that I cover want me to prioritise.
