Good afternoon,

Due to an increase in bike thefts throughout Hyndburn, North NPT are offering a free bike marking event. This will register your pedal cycle onto the national bike registering database so that if your bike is stolen or lost, and later located, then the bike can be returned to you. 

Please feel free to turn up between 3pm and 4pm with your bike. This is free of charge!
