Safer School Patrol – Kings Road Primary |

Earlier today, officers from the Trafford North Neighbourhood Team were once again on patrol outside Kings Road Primary School as part of our ongoing Safer School Patrols. Focusing on inconsiderate and unsafe parking, as well as identifying any other road safety concerns. During the patrol: Advice was given to a number of parents regarding the importance of wearing seat belts. One motorist was reported after checks revealed they had transported children to school in a vehicle with no valid MOT. The vehicle was initially stopped due to the speed at which it was being driven past the school, which grabbed officers attention. The Trafford North Team regularly visits local schools to address parking and road safety issues, and we will continue to do so whenever resources allow.
