Drug Dealer Apprehended

While plain-clothed officers were patrolling Beckton Corridor and the Asda car park, a man approached none other than Beckton Ward Sergeant Kevin Buss and offered him cocaine. Yes, really.

Needless to say, the Sergeant wasn’t buying. The man was swiftly detained (though he didn’t make it easy), and officers found eight wraps of suspected cocaine in his pocket. A search of his home turned up even more.

Despite the evidence, the suspect denied everything in custody. The substances are now undergoing forensic testing.
