Westminster Bridge rogue traders

Dear resident,

We have many iconic locations and landmarks across St James's ward and your local Safer Neighbourhoods team work hard to ensure locals and visitors alike can enjoy them safely and securely. 

This week, officers, along with Westminster Council, patrolled Westminster Bridge to deter and disrupt scammers and rogue traders who are known to frequent the well-known Thames crossing. We are also working with colleagues South of the river to use legislation and conduct partnership operations to make sure people do not fall victim to this criminal and antisocial activity.

If you see anything that looks suspicious, or fall victim to a scam, please tell us by visiting met.police.uk and making a report. Always call 999 in an emergency.
