Address Closure

Good Afternoon,

Chiswick Gunnersbury SNT have worked today with Shepherds Bush Housing Association to close an address and safeguard the occupant who lived there. 

The address was a hotspot for Anti-Social behaviour and was being used by people taking advantage of the person who lived there. The person was unable to support themselves and instead relied on others to help them, However, this led to people who did not have their best wishes at heart using the address and causing issues for the resident and their neighbours. 

This was highlighted to us as someone who needs intervention in order to help them reclaim a better environment for themselves but could not help themselves do so. 

The person from the address was moved to a home where they can be cared for by the right people who want to see them living a healthy life.

Once they had been moved from the address those who were taken advantage continued to use the address and causing issues for the neighbours, this was swiftly taken care of with Shepherds Bush Housing closing the address and putting a door they won't be able to get through.
