Dear Residents of Clayton and Whittle,

Please can I mention the fact that we are having daily Anti Social Behaviour around Preston Road opposite Swansea Garage where youths are throwing apples, plums and even stones at passing vehicles. As you can imagine this is very dangerous and could cause an accident. Two cars have now got dents in them from the items being thrown, this is criminal damage.

If you live near by and have any CCTV please let me know. I do already have a couple of photos so will be looking for these males when I am out on patrol in the area. If I see them I will be stopping them and asking them for their details. They could be issued with a Youth Referral too and brought home to parents.

Please have a word with your children about acceptable behaviour whilst out with friends in the village.
