Coffee with a Cop

Good afternoon, 

My colleague and I will be holding a coffee with a cop at Marks and Spencer's in Blackburn Town Centre between 1-2pm. 

This is a great opportunity to pop down, meet you local neighbourhood town centre officers and chat about any issues or concerns you may have in or around the town centre. Plus it is an excuse to enjoy a cuppa (maybe a slice of cake too)
