Quad bike seized

Officers driving on RYE LANE spotted an illegal quad bike riding on the pavement. The 2 males on the quad thought it would be wise to beep their horn, and stick their fingers up towards officers. It turned out this was a bad decision and soon lost their quad after their riding skill was just as poor as their decision making.
