Penzance neighbourhood Policing Update;

On18th September 2025 Kevin LOWN was convicted at Court for Three public order offences where he used threatening, abusive, insulting words, behaviour with the intent to cause fear of unlawful violence. He was found guilty and sentenced to 18 weeks imprisonment. In the interim, Penzance neighbourhood team have also been working closely with local businesses obtaining further business impact statements to obtain a criminal behaviour order for LOWN. This hearing takes place on 25th October 2025. 

Jack KEANE has been remanded in Prison for breaching his CBO, his hearing will take place on 27th October 2025. 

Last weekend Penzance neighbourhood team attended Penzance Food Festival. It was a great event and really nice meet and engage with many members of public. We answered questions and gave advice where asked. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
