Attempted Burglary

There was an attempted burglary in Cloister Road on the 24/09 at around 2040hrs. 

Suspects tried to force entry via porch and by breaking down rear fence and trying to force the rear french doors. However the victim was at home who called police and they made off in a black peugeot hatchback towards Eastfields Road. 

Please be vigilant in this area and leave lights on when out in the evening if possible. Please call 101 to report anything suspicious or call 999 if you believe a burglary is taking place.
