Keyless Entry Vehciles.

In the passed week we have received reports of suspicious activity on the properties where there are high value vehicles.

If you have a keyless entry vehicle we strongly suggest the use of a Faraday box or pouch to block the signal from your car key.

Or the use of a steering wheel lock.

Thieves can boost the signal and open the vehicle. Or in cases where they key is kept nearby just get in and drive off.

Dedicated night time patrols will be in place.

While there have not been any keyless thefts recently in the area we have had spates of these thefts previously.
