There was a discussion about how going forward for the pubs to communicate with each other especially around when they are holding big events.

They have a Whatsapp Group which they are using at the moment, and also there was a discussion about using another Whatsapp Group only for images from CCTV footage of any individuals who are causing issues, which will also include conditions… THIS WILL ONLY BE SHARED WITH THE PUB WATCH MEMBERS.

It was also agreed that all pubs will let PC Jones know when they hold big events and PC Jones can then pass that on to Ben Reader the Licensing Officer.

PC Jones also confirmed that if there are any individuals that are continuing to cause Anti Social Behaviour the police will look at issuing CPW(Written Warnings) if they breach that they can then be issued with a CPN (Community Protection Notice) if they breach the CPN they can be arrested.

PC Jones confirmed that if any individuals who cause major issues PC Jones will send a link so that CCTV can be sent to PC Jones direct.

Next Meeting has been agreed which will be on the 14th October at 11am and this will be held at The Goose.
