Towneley Park Speed Operation

Good Afternoon 

Some of you will have noticed this week that we carried out a Speed operation on Towneley Park ! 

This is at the request of local residents who have claimed the speed of traffic is too high ! and in the evening #yousaidwedid

We checked 166 vehicles with 46 vehicles being over the speed limit.

Please be aware of the limits on the roads and take care at all times, it only takes a momentary lapse of concentration to ruin lives.
