Appeal Road Traffic Incident

We are investigating a road traffic incident which has been reported to us. It happened at 0915 hours on Sunday 21st September at PENNY POT LANE ROUNDABOUT, HARROGATE. It has been reported to us that SILVER AUDI SALOON - unknown registration has been driving carelessly at a roundabout causing a cyclist to end up in the middle of the roundabout seeking safety.
