Convicted - Carl WAITE

On Tuesday 23rd September 2025, Carl WAITE, aged 42 years of Hendon NW4 was arrested and appeared at Willesden Magistrates' on Wednesday 24th September 2025, where he plead guilty to 16 shoplifting offences.

These took place at BP Finchley Lane NW4 between February and September 2025. 

He has received a 12 week suspended custodial sentence for 12 months, excluded from BP Finchley Lane NW4 for 12 months, must pay £350 in compensation and take part in supervised rehab activity for 25 days. A breach of these or further offending will trigger his suspended sentence.
