Local Priorities Mobile phone theft Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding Mobile phone theft, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

After various reports of phone snatches taking place in open areas, King's Cross Safer Neighbourhood Team have been increasing patrols through local parks such as; St George's Gardens, St Andrew's Gardens, Regent's Square, Bramber Green and others. With the intention of deterring and apprehending phone snatchers, as well as reassuring the public.

 We are working on our brand-new strategy for how we police London and we want your help. Our New Met for London: Phase 2 strategy will guide how we deliver on behalf of Londoners over the next three years.
