🚨 Community Update from Your Local Policing Team – Baffins Area 🚨 |
||
Good Evening All,
Just a quick update for our area and a date for your diary:
🔥 Vehicle Fire – Chasewater Avenue We are aware of a recent vehicle fire on Chasewater Avenue. Our team is in contact with the vehicle’s owner and we are actively investigating this to identify those responsible.
🚫 Anti-Social Behaviour – St Marys House We’ve received reports of anti-social behaviour at St Marys House and are taking steps to address it. We’ve been working closely with a local school, which identified one of the individuals involved and there will be a follow up with their parents. In addition, we’re in discussions with Vivid Homes to explore ways to target-harden the area and reduce further incidents. We advise all residents to continue to report these incidents to both the police and Vivid Homes.
📅 ASB Meetings – Coming Soon Some of you may be aware that we are planning an Anti-Social Behaviour meeting. This is a great opportunity to raise concerns and hear about what’s being done locally. Keep an eye out for the confirmed date and time – we’d love to see you there.
🚲 Bike Marking Event – Sunday 28th October 2025 Join us this Sunday between 13:00 and 15:00 for a free bike marking event. Bring your pedal cycles to be registered on Bike Register, the UK’s national cycle database, which increases the chances of recovery if your bike is lost or stolen. It’s quick, easy, and gives you peace of mind.
📍 Future Events – We Want Your Input! We’re looking to plan more community events in the Baffins area and would love your suggestions. Where would you like us to hold future events? Let us know by replying to us directly.
💬 Stay Engaged Please take a moment to rate this alert and reply with any thoughts, questions, or suggestions. Your feedback helps us serve you better.
