Local Speed Survey

Dear Resident,

The local Safer Neighbourhood Team have been in St Weonards today conducting speed enforcement. Two drivers were reported for the offence of speeding, one going 40MPH and the other 43MPH in a 30MPH area. 

The survey is in response to some concerns raised by residents within the area, regarding the perceived speed of some vehicles and in line with the local Policing Charter.

All data is collated and sent to our Roads Safety Team and shared with Parish Councils.

Speed surveys are conducted at various times and days, throughout your local area by the designated Safer Neighbourhood teams in conjunction with Parish Councils

If you have any concerns or questions please direct them to your local parish councillors whom can then liaise with ourselves.
