incident at the Belgrave Lakes - Information request

“Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident at the Belgrave Lakes public outdoor gym on Thursday 18th September at 08:00.

The victim has been using the facilities when he has been approached by an unknown male who has been verbally abusive towards him and started to record him.

The suspect is described as a white male, early 20s, wearing a black hoodie and white face covering.

We are appealing for any witnesses in the area who may have seen the altercation.
