Venue required for a drop in

Dear Resident

I'm looking for a venue that I could potentially hold a meet and greet / drop in session at in Sabden. 

In Whalley and Mellor we do the library every 9 weeks on an evening when they are open and in Read/Simonstone I frequently attend the coffee mornings that they hold on either a Wednesday or a Friday. 

There is no budget within the police for this kind of thing so I can't hire a village/church hall and we aren't allowed to use licensed premises such as pubs but it would be nice to offer something a little more substantial that meet me in the car park I'll be the one in the police car! 

If anyone has any suggestions or runs a group that hires a facility with a spare space I could cheekily use once every 9 weeks please do let me know.
