Hitchin Police Station Open Day : Sat 27 Sep 10:00am - 2:00pm |
||
Dear Resident, North Herts Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding a Community Engagement Session this Saturday 27th September. Members of the public are invited to an Open Day at Hitchin Police Station this Saturday (27 September).
The family open day will run from 10am until 2pm and will include things like finger printing activities, a colouring competition, a chance to take a look in and around the police car and take a look round the quad bikes, see police dogs and the opportunity for the Hitchin community to meet their local officers.
Neighbourhood Policing Team PCSO Nat Skinner, said: “The open day is a great opportunity to have a chat to your local officers, ask questions and for children to come along and take part in activities and have a look around police vehicles.
“The event is free and anyone who is interested in policing and has questions for officers should come along.
“We hope to see you there.”
• On the day, please enter the station via the Grove Road/Baliol Road side-entrance. Also, there is no parking at the station with attendees advised to park in the nearby council car parks.
If you can't attend this event, we are still keen to hear about any concerns through this short survey:
