Cycle patrol

Hello Residents, 

Today, officers from Southfield and Chiswick Gunnersbury Safer Neighbourhood Teams carried out proactive high-visibility cycle patrols across key areas of the wards.

During the patrol, officers engaged with a homeless male who was found sleeping rough. The appropriate referral has been made to StreetLink.

Several known hotspot areas were visited as part of the patrols. While no issues of concern were identified or reported to police during this time, high-visibility policing remains a valuable deterrent and reassurance to the community.

We are committed to continuing these cycle patrols regularly, as they allow officers to remain mobile and visible while engaging directly with residents. However, please note that patrol frequency may be affected by adverse weather conditions.
