It has been an incredibly busy few weeks for the SNT. We have been busy tackling a variety of issues in the local area.

Here is a brief look at what we have been doing -

A criminal damage incident at Foremark Reservoir resulted in a suspect accepting accountability via the Restorative Justice scheme. This meant they had to cover the costs of the damage caused to the local beauty spot.

Several ASB hot spot patrols have resulted in positive action being taken -

Stop search X2 Arleston lane – Posses class B – Both completed Out of court disposals

Stop search – Arleston lane – Posses class B - Out of court disposal completed

Stop search Ticknall Road – Drug dealing – Intel added surrounding items found in vehicle

Stop search- Melbourne X3 – Drugs – One for possession – Out of court disposal completed

Working is ongoing at Lowes Lane and Moor Lane, Swarkestone due to a variety of ASB taking place at the site.

We have dealt with several dog related incidents over the last few weeks. This includes dog on dog jobs and dogs biting people. We stress, it is incredibly important to insure your dog is under control at all times.

ASB at Aston has dropped significantly following patrols conducted by ourselves over the course of the summer.

Speed Checks have been conducted in Aston and Shardlow after reports from the community. One motorist has been engaged with in regards to their manner of driving.
