BOY ARRESTED FOR THEFT AND DRIVING OFFENCES

On 18/09/25 at around 16:00 officers from Tamworth response spotted a silver Volvo S40 driving through Ventura Retail Park that they believed to have been involved in previous offences around the location.

Officers stopped the vehicle on Ventura Park Road and conducted relevant checks which revealed the vehicle was being driven without insurance and the driver did not have a licence.

The 17 year old male driver, from Leicester, was arrested for theft, driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and without insurance.

He has since been bailed pending further investigation.

The vehicle was also seized for no insurance.
