Dangerous Dog Prosecution (Update)

Following on from an update on the 19/09/2025 in relation to a dangerously out of control dog in Russell Park, N22. Noel Park officers have been able to gather all necessary evidence and prosecute a male for the offences. 

Last week, officers charged the male with all offences and he has been remanded to court.
