MALE ARRESTED FOR OUTRAGING PUBLIC DECENCY

On 17/09/2025 at around 20:00 we were called to Tamworth Town Centre following reports of a white male shouting, kicking bins and exposing himself in George Street.

Officers attended and located the male who had made his way to George Street. He was found topless and heavily intoxicated.

The 31 year old male, of no fixed abode, was arrested for outraging public decency.

He has since been released on bail.

The male had previously been issued a Community Protection Warning in regards to such behaviours. This has now been escalated to a Community Protection Notice.
