Good afternoon!

Officers visited the allotments on Highfield Lane in Chaddesden yesterday, and held a tool marking event. This is a great way to mark up your tools which ultimately prevents thieves from wanting to steal your equipment. This is due to a permanent mark being written on them which gets a layer of protective lacquer sprayed onto it, making it more difficult and less appealing for thieves to want to steal. 

They also engaged with plenty of allotment owners which gave them an opportunity to spread their concerns, and collectively come up with ideas on keeping the area as secure as possible.
