Theft of Pedal Cycle |

Dear Resident,
Between Thursday 18th September at 21:00hrs to Friday 19th September at 07:30 offender committed theft of a pedal cycle in Geddington Court Waltham Cross.
offenders have cut the secure lock that was on the bike and then discarded the lock and took the pedal cycle.
