Dear Resident,
The following incident occurred between 23:00hours on Sunday 14th September 2025 to 22:25 hours on Monday 15th September 2025, whereby victim left their Black Piaggio Beverly ST 350 scooter locked and secured on ROWLLS ROAD, KINGSTON UPON THAMES, KT1, victim returned the following day to find scooter had been stolen by unknown suspect/s.
