Good Afternoon Resident
Over the last 7 days there has been a total of four burglaries on the following roads, Bristol Road, Dawlish Road, Lottie Road and Elmdon Road two of the properties were gained via an insecure window or door. Offenders have stolen Jewellery, Cash, and mobile phones.
We have also had two theft from motor vehicles on Bournbrook Road and Serpentine Road, offenders have stolen number plates and a bumper. A white Volvo and Toyota car was stolen from Tower View and Umberslade Road.
Officers continue to patrol these areas and are investigating the above offences.
Crime Prevention Advice
Please make sure your windows and doors to your property are shut and locked, invest in anti-snap locks for your exterior doors. Never leave valuables on display. For your vehicles please ensure your fob has done its job and check that all doors are locked and windows shut before leaving it unattended. Invest in a full steering wheel disc lock and never leave anything in your vehicle.
