Section 35 dispersal order in place

Hello,

There is a section 35 in place from:

FRIDAY 19TH SEP at 1900hrs -  SUNDAY 21th SEP at 0600hrs in Westminster 

A Section 35 dispersal order, or dispersal power, under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 allows a police constable or Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) to direct a person to leave a public place if they have reasonable grounds to suspect their behaviour is causing harassment, alarm, or distress. 

The areas of the borough of WESTMINSTER have been subject to repeated complaints due to organised late-night car meets involving supercars, nuisance vehicles and excessive noise. Therefore, the section has been put in place to tackle these issues.
