Local Priorities Robbery-Snatching Phones and Valuable Message |

I wanted to provide you an update regarding robbery, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Intel lead, numerous reassurance robbery patrols has been conducted with WF council ASB/ Violence Reduction Coordinator Officers in and around MOUNT area -Albert Cres, Old Church Road, Cherrydown Ave, Hall lane, Churchill Terrace and Hurst Ave E4 around school closing time-Engaging with school kids, MOP, Businesses and local residents in the area pointing out the importance of keeping their personal phone safe and not displaying-talking/texting as they are walking- A leaflet on "Snatching phones and valuables" were also given out- These set of reassurance patrols was to make the locals in the area aware of what's going on and to make them safe in the area #BeSafe We will continue to tackle robbery in your local area. While we are investigating and arresting those responsible, please consider following the below advice to keep yourself and your property safe:
