Dear Resident Several vehicles have been stolen from and/or interfered with on St Pauls Road, Hemel Hempstead, between approximately 20:30 and 23:45 of 18/08/2025. There has likely already been a message sent to the local area regarding this, but due to several further reports coming forward, another has been sent. The offenders are described as a slim Asian male, wearing a white cap and black & grey sports jacket, with grey tracksuit bottoms, and a white female wearing a grey jacket, black leggings and a black handbag.
They have been reported to have exchanged the white hat depending on who attempted the vehicles.
Both suspected offenders have been found and arrested, but have likely attempted several vehicles in the area, hence the need for this message.
