Foot patrol (19/09/2025)

Rick and Lee were back around Rush Green this afternoon for a 'meet and greet' at Rush Green Primary as well as an after-college presence on Dagenham Road (5.11 miles).

The length of Foxlands Lane up to the country park as well as the back lake were covered, followed by all of Parish Fields (2.18pm, p) and Harveys Lane (2.48pm, p) via Eastbrook Drive.

After seeing out the children and exhausting the fist-bump at Rush Green Primary, it was back past the college (p) and south through Fels Field.

"Throughout the week, Lee and I have been trying to tick as many boxes as possible to keep the ward safe, be it lunchtime patrols around the college to keep an eye on ASB, coverage in Central Park to eliminate robbery opportunities or building up a relationship with the ward's schools."
