DRUG HOT SPOTS/MARYLAND

Hi Members,
I have recently attended some of the Maryland Drug Hotspot areas on which it has been noticed a Male known to Police to be possibly dealing drugs in these areas. If there are any sightings of a Male Dark skin riding a BORIS BIKE aged approximately middle aged then please give more intelligence on the MET-ENGAGE.
