Weekly Update from Rurals NHT

Good evening all 

This week’s weekly update looks a bit different from the ones before. 

We are looking at setting up a local street watch and speed watch, one covering the Marston Green Area. If you would like to sign up get into contact with us at rurals@westmidlands.police.uk

We are also looking a setting up a street watch in the Catherine – de – Barnes area. Again if anyone wants to sign up or knows anyone who might not see this message would like to sign up getting into contact with you local officers using email address rurals@westmidlands.police.uk. 

Dates for your diary

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who turned up to our last beat surgery at the library in Marston Green, it was a great turn out. You will be pleased to know who have arranged with the library our next beat surgery which will be on SATURDAY 11TH OCTOBER 2025. Your local officer will be there from 10.30am-12PM. 

We are also pleased to inform you we are setting up our first cupper with a cooper on Wednesday 1st of October 2025. This will take place at Sandwiches @ No 6, 6 High St, Hampton in Arden, Solihull B92 0AA. Your local officer will be there between 1200hrs and 1300hrs, pop along to discuss any policing issues that are affecting you in the bickenhill area.
