Local Priorities Drug dealing/ drug use Update

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

This morning the Town Centre Team conducted a Drugs Warrant on Arlington Road, when they forced entry to the address the occupant attempted to escape by leaping from the window however he was arrested close by.

A search of the premises revealed around half a kilo of Cannabis.

The investigation is ongoing.
