Good afternoon Pcso 65169 has been in the area of Chassen Road Heaton today due to concerns from the residents that Motorists are using the road as a cut through or parking up on the road and dropping students off at a near by school. The Chassen road is an access road for residents only . Approximately 20 motorists spoke with and advised.
