Vehicle seized by the police

Dear Resident

The Hyndburn Taskforce continue to tackle road safety issues.  This evening we have stopped a black Vauxhall Astra on Wellington Street, Accrington and the male driver had an expired provisional driving licence.  He has been reported for summons regarding the offences of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without third party insurance.  The vehicle has also been recovered.
