Local Speed Survey

Dear Resident

PCSO's Westlake and Mahoney were out in the Tillington Marsh area between 14:20 and 15:10 on Tuesday 16th September conducting a speed survey.

50 vehicles were checked with the mean average speed of 27.5mph. The road has a speed limit of 30mph.

The survey is in response to some concerns raised by residents within the area, regarding the perceived speed of some vehicles and in line with the local Policing Charter.

Speed surveys are conducted at various times and days, throughout your local area by the designated Safer Neighbourhood teams in conjunction with Parish Councils
