Dear Residents
An update from your local Sherbourne Police Team.
WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING?
Mobile and foot Patrols have been continuing around the Alvis Retail Park. This location has seen an increase in anti-social behaviour and vehicle crime.
We will be conducting speed watch at different locations in the coming days. Please contact us if you have concerns around speeding in your community.
Patrols have been conducted outside schools when pupils are arriving. Can we please remind residents and parents not to park directly outside school entrances as this can cause unnecessary obstructions and can be dangerous for the pupils.

Attempt theft of motor vehicle on Greyswood Avenue. Offenders tried the door handle but did not gain access.

GET INVOLVED Street watch is a community patrol initiative that helps you make a difference where you live. Street watch gives you and your community an opportunity to keep your area safe, including just walking round your neighbourhood, which can really help. Local police keep in regular contact with street watch members to share information and work in partnership with you. You will also be patrolling with your local PCSO’s once a month.
