Theft of Mobile Phones - Snatches - University/Hulme Area

We have had a report of a phone theft, whereby the offender has cycled past the victim and snatched a phone from their hand before making off.  This occurred along Birchall Way, Hulme, which is next to the Aquarius Estate and Birley Campus, MMU.  Please be careful when using your mobile phone in public.  Attached is a leaflet with some advice in relation to this and other types of theft offences
