Lee Myers from SAS sending a message for Restart a Heart 2025

Restart A Heart live takes place on the 1st of October live on YouTube from 0900 to 2100.  

Sessions will be live every hour, consisting of a 20 minute training session followed by some excellent content, including survivor stories, support for people who have done CPR, and information from our partners etc.  

The training on screen will be led by myself and my brother Liam from Police Scotland.  

We will have dedicated sessions for primary schools in the morning and all other sessions are suitable for high schools and the general public.  

No equipment required, all you need is a cushion a backpack or even a coat to practice the technique on.  

Last year this event was incredibly successful as we succeeded in our Guinness World record attempt.  We have now set the incredibly ambitious target of training 1 million people in CPR over the next 3 years as we progress to a UK-wide campaign.
