Full house at the Connect Group this afternoon

Attended the Connect Group for retired community this afternoon at New Life Church. Runs from 2-4pm and is free to attend.

Please make you family, friends and neighbours aware, as no one needs to be at home alone.

Was really lovely to catch up with residents, and listen to their concerns and put their minds at ease regarding some anti-social behaviour. The team will increase patrols at the location to prevent any more concern.

This group runs every Monday, and there is plenty of things to do other than chat over cakes and hot drinks. Pool table, table tennis, jigsaws, chess and more. This afternoon was a fun game of Bingo, and other weeks a quiz is held. All for fun and its all about getting together and meeting new people.
