🐾 Dog Fouling in Fylde – What You Need to KnowFylde residents who completed the Lancashire Talking survey have identified and informed us that Dog Fouling is a local concern. 🚨 Who Deals With It?Fylde Borough Council is the lead agency responsible for tackling dog fouling. 🛑 Council PowersFylde Council uses Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) to enforce rules on Dog Fouling. Their Environmental Enforcement Officers can issue Fixed Penalty Notices to dog owners who: Fail to pick up after their dog. Dispose of dog waste improperly. Whether this behaviour is observed or where there is supporting evidence.
