Confusion re Times/Dates of Events |

Hi Resident,
After a resident made us aware of this issue at today's Cuppa & Chat, here's a quick heads-up for those who receive Neighbourhood Matters emails about local events 🗓️ When you’re checking the time and date of an event, please make sure to read the full body of the message—not just the subject line or header. Sometimes, the time shown at the top of the email refers to when the message was sent, not when the event is happening. The actual event details—including start time, location, and any special instructions—are always listed in the main body of the Neighbourhood Matters message.
✅ Top tip: Scroll down and double-check the event info before making plans. It’ll save you from turning up too early, too late, or even on the wrong day!
