Henry Street - Theft from motor vehicle

Sometime between 4:30pm on 9th September and 7:10am on 10th September victim has parked her Nissan Juke locked and secured on the roadside of Henry Street BD13.  Suspect approaches the front of the vehicle and removes the front bumper by unknown means.
