🚨 Piccadilly Gardens Police Update 🚨

Today our Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out proactive patrols in the gardens. As a result, 4 people were arrested for:

Breach of Criminal Behaviour Order

Fail to Appear

Public Order

Rape (historic offence which took place outside of GMP area)

“Thanks to intelligence-led patrols we were able to swiftly and safely arrest the suspect wanted for a serious offence. Keeping the public safe is always our priority, especially regarding offending against women and children.”

We’ll continue working hard to keep Piccadilly Gardens safe for everyone.
